A dual interface card is a smart card made of PVC laminated chip coils, based on a single chip and integrating contact and non-contact interfaces. It has two operation interfaces, and access to the chip can be achieved through contact points or through radio frequency at a certain distance. There is only one chip and two interfaces on the card, and the same operation can be performed through both contact and non-contact interfaces. The two interfaces follow two different standards respectively.
